Why

We developed these policies to protect both our clients and ourselves from unfair treatment or exploitation. Most policies of these are established around time and money because they are the main reason why projects go south.

Project Pricing

We only give the amount of investment required based on the amount of value we are looking to create.

Here's an easy principle: The quantity and quality of seed you plant determines the quantity and quality of harvest your gather from us.

Payment

Means

We do not accept cash payments and all payments are either through Bank Transfer or Mobile Money, to the Agency's accounts.

Terms

The project payments are divided as follows:
→ Projects under KES 100K: 100% payment in advance
→ Projects ranging KES 100K to KES 500K: Equal Halves
→ Projects ranging KES 500K to KES 1.5 Million: Equal thirds payment, advance, middle (at a key milestone) and at the end
→ Projects over KES 1.5 Million: Advance 20% and up to 5 further payments at key milestones.
